A super fun community event with a Dodgeball tournament, Minute to Win it style/Carnival games, Raffle Basket, and a Silent Auction!
Dodgeball Tournament RegistrationTo register for the tournament fill out the form below and send back to school with cash or a check made payable to “AFMS PTSA”. Form and payments should be turned into the PTSA representative during lunch between April 14th and the 26th. Students can either form a team of 8-10 players or register as a free-agent. Free-agents will be teamed up with other free-agents or added to teams with less than 10 players.

Game Cards and Raffle Ticket Pre-Order has CLOSED

Pre-orders end Thursday April 27th at 7pm. All Pre-Orders can be picked up at the Pre-Order Table during the event.
Everything can still be purchased at th event. Pricing is the same. Game Cards allow players to play up to 10 Time Zone games. You win raffle tickets per game. $5/card You may also purchase raffle tickets without playing any games.

Silent Auction
Proceeds from the auction will be used to enhance and enrich our children’s educational experience at AFMS, by funding vital educational programs supported by the AFMS PTSA.
We will have over $10,000 worth of exciting, fun and unique items in our online auction. Camps, Parties, Outings, Sports, Dining, Health & Wellness, and more...
Feel free to share the auction webpage with grandparents, friends and co-workers. They are free to bid on all auction items.
THIS YEAR THE AUCTION WILL AGAIN BE EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE. Bidding opens on Thursday 4/27 at 3:30pm
IT WILL CLOSE @ 10 pm on April, 28th after THE CHARGER GAMES Event.
When the auction closes, you will have the option to pay online by credit card. If you wish to pay for your auction items by cash or check (payable to AFMS PTSA), please come to one of the auction pick up times.
Auction Pick-Up:
Monday, May 1st 7:45 – 9:00 am (in the PTSA office)
Wednesday, May 3rd 2:00 – 4:00 pm (in the PTSA office)
Friday, May 5th 7:45 – 9:00 am (in the PTA office)
If your item is not picked up by Friday, May 5th, we may move to the next highest bidder.
